Corey Stanford founded the firm to provide small-medium organizations access to the world-class executive coaching and leadership development opportunities usually only enjoyed by large corporations. He continues to serve as President and Principal Consultant.
As the President of ICF Arkansas-Oklahoma Chapter, Corey leads the largest association of professional coaches in the bi-state region.
Before founding Stanford Consulting, Corey held Sales and Operations leadership positions in private and public corporations throughout the United States. He excelled at developing and leading a diverse portfolio of high-performance teams.
Corey earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas and his Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Arkansas.
His extensive coach training and experience earned him the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and Registered Mentor Coach designation from the International Coach Federation, which is the leading global standard of excellence for executive and leadership coaches.
